Becoming a Distributor

1. How do I become an ON (OMX Nutrition) Independent Distributor (ID)?

You must be at least 18 years old and be sponsored by an existing ON ID. You may also register online at www.omx.com.my with a recommendation from an existing ON ID.

1. What are the sign-up costs to become an ON ID?

A one-time registration fee of RM25 is required. You will receive a Starter Kit and access to your personal member portal.

1. What is the minimum order for free delivery and how long does delivery take?

  • Free delivery is available for purchases of RM300 and above.
  • A delivery fee of RM10 will be applied for orders below RM300.


Delivery timeline:

  • West Malaysia: 2–3 working days
  • East Malaysia: 3–5 working days

2. Do you offer international delivery?

NO. At present, we do not provide overseas delivery services.

You must first be an ON ID. After that, you may place your order through:

1. Are all OMX Nutrition products legally registered?

YES. All our products are registered with the Ministry of Health Malaysia (KKM) to ensure safety and compliance.

1. Do you sell products on third-party e-commerce platforms?

NO. OMX products are not sold on third-party e-commerce platforms. We recommend purchasing only through our authorized ON IDs or official website to avoid counterfeit, improperly stored, or near-expired products.

1. Do you have agents selling Ohhira Mountain Fruits (OM-X) in Malaysia?

NO. OMX Nutrition is the sole distributor of OM-X in Malaysia and operates through our MLM platform. We do not appoint any “agents.” All sales are through ON IDs only. If you wish to verify the authenticity of your purchase, please contact our Customer Service department.
