Dato’ Seri Dr. Chen served as the Secretary-General at the Malaysian Ministry of Health (MOH) from 2015 until his retirement. Subsequently, he took on the role of Director at OMX Nutrition in 2022. With his substantial experience in the MOH, he strongly believes in helping those in need restore their well-being and emphasizes the significance of using premium health products.
